September 13 & 14, 2011
ESD Headquarters, Southfield, MI
The construction industry plays a vital and highly visible role in the lives of every person, in every state: it creates infrastructure, implements equipment, and creates space for living, working, and commerce. Most accounts attribute over 4% of the United States GDP to the industry, and Michigan specifically is seeing growth in construction jobs. There is a need and opportunity for all parties (management, labor, government, owner) to cooperate toward a common goal of a comprehensive implementation standard that will serve Michigan’s needs now and into the future. How to make this a reality? The ESD Institute will tackle this question during a two-day Construction Productivity Symposium held at ESD’s headquarters.
