The ESD Institute is focused on marshaling the energy and resources of ESD members, corporate members, affiliate societies, strategic interest groups and staff, along with invited participants, to achieve the following goals for the State of Michigan:

Position Michigan as a world leader in Legal Risk Mitigation by offering early alternative dispute resolution.
Position Michigan as a world leader in Labor/Management Relations through openness between management and labor.
Identify key Innovation Attributes that have been submitted by members of The Engineering Society of Detroit.
